Roger Inniss is the black, queer owner and executive producer of Boom Productions. Through his continual search for talent and dedication to inclusivity in the industry, Roger has built Boom Productions, a casting and production agency at its finest. Boom Productions strives to curate a client's vision into a production or show through communication and long-standing relationships with talented artists and agencies. Boom Productions takes the time to carefully select the right components to bring photo and video assets to life.
